プライバシーポリシー
- 収集する情報
- アカウント作成時のメールアドレスと電話番号、保存を選んだ書類の解析結果、家計簿の記録、任意で設定するニックネーム・お住まいの市区町村・月間予算・カテゴリの色、本人確認で読み取った氏名と書類の種類、購入履歴。
- 写真・音声の扱い
- 書類・ゴミ・レシートの撮影やアップロード写真、および家計簿の音声入力で録音された音声は、AIによる解析のためだけに使用し、解析後は保存しません。プロフィール画像として自分で設定した写真のみ、変更または削除まで保存されます。マイナンバーや口座番号などの機微な番号は、解析結果に書き起こさない設計です。
- 本人確認と顔データ
- 本人確認（KYC）は、本人確認事業者 FirstPass の画面で行います。当方が保存するのは、顔から計算した数値データ（特徴量）と、書類から読み取った氏名・書類の種類だけです。撮影された顔画像・本人確認書類の画像・顔スキャンの記録は、本人確認の証跡として FirstPass 側に保管されます。アプリのロックは端末の Face ID / Touch ID を使用し、生体情報が端末の外に出ることはありません。
- 外部アカウントでのログイン
- Google・Apple・LINE でログインする場合、各社からメールアドレスを受け取り、アカウントの作成とログインにのみ使います。各社のパスワードは受け取りません。LINE は LINEヤフー株式会社（日本）、Google は Google LLC（米国）、Apple は Apple Inc.（米国）が提供しており、ログインの際は各社のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
- パートナーとの共有
- 「パートナーと袋分け」で招待コードを使ってパートナーと家計をつなぐと、つながっている間、相手にはあなたが記録した支出と収入（内容・金額・日付・カテゴリ）、表示名、選んだ色が表示されます。書類・写真・本人確認の情報は共有されません。どちらかが家計から抜けると共有は止まり、各自の記録は消えません。
- 利用する外部サービス（外国にある第三者への提供）
- AI解析（Anthropic）、音声の文字起こし（OpenAI）、本人確認（FirstPass）、決済（Stripe、アプリ内課金は Apple / Google）、データベース（Supabase）、ホスティング（Vercel）、メール送信（Resend）、利用状況の計測（Google Analytics）。これらの多くは米国に所在する事業者で、撮影した写真・録音した音声・入力した文字は解析のため海外のサーバーに送信されます。各社は自社のプライバシーポリシーに基づき保護措置を講じており、当方は解析結果のみを受け取ります。各社とは利用規約に基づく契約のもとで利用しており、当方と同等の保護措置が講じられることを確認しています（送信された内容はAIの学習には使用されません）。AIに送信する前に、アプリ内で送信内容と送信先をお示しし、同意をいただきます。カード番号は当方のサーバーを経由せず、決済事業者が直接取り扱います。
- 利用目的
- 書類の解説・期限リマインド・家計簿機能の提供、クレジット残高の管理、不正利用および多重アカウントの防止、サービス改善のための利用統計（Google Analytics が端末識別子を取得します）、ウェブサイトでの広告の効果測定（下記「広告の効果測定」）。個人情報の販売は行いません。
- 広告の効果測定（ウェブサイトのみ・外部送信）
- ブラウザで misete.app を開いた場合に限り、X Corp.（米国）が提供する X Pixel を使用します。閲覧したページの URL、アカウント登録が完了したこと（ランダムな識別番号のみ）、Cookie 等の識別子、IP アドレス、ブラウザ・端末の情報が X Corp. に送信され、X 上の広告の効果測定に使われます。メールアドレス・電話番号・氏名は送信しません。iOS / Android アプリ内では X Pixel は読み込まれず、アプリではトラッキング（他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡）を行いません。X による広告のパーソナライズやオフ X の行動データの利用は、X の設定（https://x.com/settings/privacy_and_safety ）で停止でき、X のプライバシーポリシーは https://x.com/privacy で確認できます。
- 削除
- アプリ内「マイページ」からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。書類・家計簿・顔の特徴量は完全に削除され、購入記録のみ法令上の理由から匿名化して保管します。FirstPass 側の本人確認記録の削除をご希望の場合は、サポートまでご連絡ください。

Privacy Policy
- What we collect
- Your email address and phone number, the analysis results you choose to save, your ledger entries, the optional nickname, municipality, budget and category colours, the name and document type read during identity verification, and your purchase history.
- Photos and voice
- Document, garbage and receipt photos, and the audio recorded for voice entry in the ledger, are used solely for AI analysis and are not stored afterwards. A photo you set as your profile picture is the exception: it is kept until you change or remove it. The analysis is designed never to transcribe sensitive numbers such as My Number or bank account numbers.
- Identity check and face data
- Identity verification (KYC) takes place on a page operated by FirstPass, our verification provider. We store only a numeric signature derived from your face plus the name and document type read from your ID. The captured face image, ID image and face-scan recording are retained by FirstPass as the record of that check. The app lock uses your device’s Face ID / Touch ID; no biometric data leaves the device.
- Signing in with another account
- If you sign in with Google, Apple or LINE, we receive your email address from that provider and use it only to create your account and sign you in. We never receive your password for those services. LINE is provided by LY Corporation (Japan), Google by Google LLC (USA) and Apple by Apple Inc. (USA); their own privacy policies also apply when you sign in.
- Sharing with your partner
- If you link budgets with a partner through an invite code in Partner envelopes, then while you stay linked your partner can see the expenses and income you record (description, amount, date, category), your display name and the colour you chose. Documents, photos and identity-check data are never shared. Either of you can leave at any time; sharing stops and each person's own records are kept.
- Services we rely on (transfer abroad)
- Anthropic (AI analysis), OpenAI (voice transcription), FirstPass (identity verification), Stripe (payment; in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Google Analytics (usage measurement). Most of these operate mainly in the United States: the photos you take, the audio you record and the text you enter are sent to servers outside Japan for processing, under each provider’s own privacy safeguards; we receive only the results. We use each of them under their terms of service and have confirmed that they provide protection equal to our own (content sent to them is not used to train their models). Before anything is sent to an AI service, the app names what is sent and to whom and asks for your permission. Card numbers go directly to the payment provider and never touch our servers.
- Purpose
- Providing the document guide, deadline reminders and household ledger, managing your credit balance, preventing abuse and duplicate accounts, and usage statistics to improve the service (Google Analytics collects device identifiers), and measuring our advertising on the website (see “Ad measurement” below). We do not sell personal data.
- Ad measurement (website only)
- Only when you open misete.app in a browser, we use the X Pixel provided by X Corp. (USA). The URL of the page you view, the fact that an account sign-up was completed (with a random ID only), cookie and similar identifiers, your IP address and browser/device information are sent to X Corp. and used to measure our ads on X. We never send your email address, phone number or name. The X Pixel is not loaded inside the iOS or Android apps, and the apps do not track you (across other companies’ apps or websites). You can turn off ad personalization and the use of off-X activity in your X settings (https://x.com/settings/privacy_and_safety ); X’s privacy policy is at https://x.com/privacy .
- Deletion
- You can delete your account at any time from the My page inside the app. Documents, ledger and the face signature are removed permanently; purchase records are kept anonymized as the law requires. To have the verification record deleted on the FirstPass side as well, contact support.

- 与伴侣共享
- 在「伴侣共享预算」中用邀请码和伴侣连接后，在保持连接期间，对方可以看到你记录的支出和收入（内容、金额、日期、分类）、你的昵称和你选的颜色。文件、照片和实名认证信息不会共享。任何一方退出后共享即停止，各自的记录不会删除。
- 使用的外部服务（向境外第三方提供）
