Who receives it

People who previously applied to Japan Post for the 転居・転送サービス — those who, when moving, set up forwarding so old-address mail reaches their new home. This notice arrives as that forwarding period (generally one year) nears its end. Nationality does not matter. If you never applied for forwarding, you won't receive this notice.

What to do
